My Project

Young learners are getting acquainted with the world around them. Using all their senses will enrich and enlighten their minds and experiences. My kindergarten students love to explore by using their minds and their hands. Having a sensory bin with a variety of materials to put in it will allow them this type of experience they need.

We need a bin to hold all the materials.

Then we need different tactile opportunities like kinetic sand, artificial snow, and rice. Having molds, scoops, and bowls will allow their little hands to build muscle control while they are engaging in exploratory, sensory play.
