Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Both of these kits will expose two of the three grades that I teach to hands-on experimentation. Allowing them to see how atoms can be separated and by creating their on animal cell.
Science should always be hands-on.
Giving students the exposure they need to learn on their own and to only be guided by the educator in front of them.
My students are from primarily low-income homes and sometimes are not exposed to many labs or project-based learning due to financial constraints. Your support in purchasing these kits for my students will allow them to experience these inquiry-based projects.
