Help me give my students Pressure-Treated Ground Wood Posts, Husky Wall Mounted J-Hooks, and Utility Paint brushes so that my students will be able to enjoy reading a good book while relaxing in a Hammock.
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Webster's classroom raised $301
This project is fully funded
My Project
The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students already have a home in our outdoor garden. We just need your help in getting everything for reading hammocks! My students will use the Utility Paint Brushes to paint the 4 in. x 4 in. x 10 ft. #2 Pressure-Treated Ground Contact Southern Pine Wood Post. The posts will be used to hook a hammock between them. Thankfully the Husky Large Wall Mounted J-Hooks are sturdy enough that my students won't fall and injure themselves.
Once the Hammock Garden is constructed using these materials my students will benefit because they will have great space where they can relax in nature and read books.
Taking a book outside will lead to even better engagement. The sunlight will boost my students' energy and concentration, leaving them feeling alert and focused. Using the Pressure treated Wood Posts, Husky Large Wall Mounted J-Hooks, and Utility paintbrushes to make a Hammock Garden will help my students make deeper connections to the world around them.
