My Project
The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students already have a home in our outdoor garden. We just need your help in getting everything! My students will use the white BEHR 1 Gal. White Exterior Barn and Fence Paint to paint the WeatherShield 2 in. x 4 in. x 10 ft. Lumber. Fortunately, my students will have the Quikrete Concrete Mix poured around the lumber so they won't fall to the ground. These materials will be used for the foundation of a Hammock Garden. This foundation will allow my students time to get outside and relax with a good book.
"Our Hammock Garden will make me feel calm because I will be breathing fresh air." This is what one of my students told me when I showed them a picture of a Hammock Garden.
The Behr paint, WeatherSheild paint, and Quikrete Concrete will create a great space that my students can relax in nature and read books.
