My Students

I am a teacher in a low-income/high poverty school and my students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite the many challenges they face, I am looking to keep things simple and provide my students with creative and meaningful learning experiences.

My students are a typical variety of middle school students, including Special Education students.

Since we are in a high poverty school, my students don't always have the materials that help them best for learning. This is why they need you.

My Project

My school is getting a fresh coat of paint this summer. This means that everything has to come down off of the walls. Some of this will be able to be saved, but unfortunately, most will not.

Fresh, newly made, decals would help spruce up our halls.

While the painters are painting, the teachers can be crafting and getting new decals ready to hang. I have picked out our school colors to line our halls with beautiful new motivational wall decals. Our students won't even think that they are in the same building when they come back to school in August!
