My Project

My students need high-quality text to read while learning about habitats. These books will help build knowledge of habitats as well as specific vocabulary in all students. All students love animals. The resources I have selected are highly engaging. Each book contains detailed illustrations of each habitat which will deepen students’ knowledge. Research has proven that students who read a wide variety of informational texts have increased reading performance. With a greater exposure to quality informational text during the primary years students can develop lifelong reading skills and knowledge of the world we all share.
