My Project

Our Physical Education department here at our elementary is on a mission to incorporate a gymnastics program in PE.

We are looking to purchase a crash pad gymnastics mat for tumbling, round offs, front handsprings and flip practice to help our students safely build and improve their tumbling skills.

A crash pad is essential to safely and confidently practice tumbling in PE.

“The rhythmic movements and controlled breathing associated with gymnastics promote relaxation and trigger the release of endorphins, which are natural mood lifters. Regular participation in gymnastics can help individuals manage stress levels, improve mood, and enhance overall mental well-being."
