My Project

My students are currently from the southside of Chicago in the Englewood area. Unfortunately, this is a low income area and children are deeply affected by a lack of resources. With the increase in violence throughout the community my students still persevere and come to school everyday ready to learn. My students will be so excited to learn that they will have some basics in the classroom such as feminine pads, lotion and deodorant. The supplies that you are providing for my students will allow them to have assurance on days they leave gym class or days when they forget to bring certain items with them while rushing to school.
