it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Music is an important aspect of the high school experience. Our rock band is finally making waves. We're slowly building up the equipment we need to truly rock out. Last year we had a few wonderful concerts and performances. This year, we plan to make them even bigger and better.
We've been able to build our music equipment through Donorschoose donations.
Thanks so much to those who have helped us. We have many new guitars and basses and can now accommodate more members.
But the guitars and basses need strings to keep them fresh. Students break strings constantly. A guitar with a broken string is one less guitar for students to practice with. A supply of strings and string-changing tools will keep the guitars fresh and ready to go.
