Help me give my students some eggselent and engaging activities with a Wireless Eggspert system! This product will allow me to turn my classroom into a game show to get all students hyped and excited to learn!
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Our school is located in the beautiful city of Victoria, Texas. We have a diverse population who mainly come from the neighborhood our school is located in.
These students come from diverse families and include English language learners and students with special needs.
As a Title I school, we generally serve most students a free breakfast. Our school district was hit by Hurricane Harvey and is still recovering. We have many families who are staying with other families or in accommodated housing. The majority of our students are from low socioeconomic backgrounds and have little access to extracurricular activities or outside learning opportunities.
We would love for every student to come to school ready to learn and to fall in love with learning, but sometimes we have to help them fall in love with learning like teachers fall in love with teaching.
My Project
This Eggspert system will allow me to turn my classroom into a game show every day! This system will encourage kids to pay attention and focus on their learning so that they can succeed to their fullest potential! This will be a great way to foster great work ethic and working as a team among my student groups.
Many students are becoming disengaged with normal technology due to its ever increasing presence in their day to day lives.
With a fun and interactive technology such as this system, my students will have access to technology that gives them a break from the screen and encourages group discussion, quick and critical thinking, and good sportsmanship.
