My Project

My students are early learners with a wide range of disabilities. Learning through play is fundamental in our classroom, however we are lacking vital gross motor activities for indoors.

These gross motor activities will give my students opportunities to develop their muscles, improve their coordination, and provide the sensory input that is needed to help them get ready to learn.

Gross motor activities are also a fun way to encourage social interactions among our students.

Having these gross motor activities available to our students in our classroom each day will enhance their ability to move, play, and learn!
