My Project

At our school, we believe in the power of hands-on, experiential learning to inspire curiosity, foster connections, and promote a deeper understanding of the world around us. With your support, we aim to create an outdoor classroom garden that will serve as a living laboratory for our students and faculty, providing opportunities for exploration, discovery, and growth.

Through the creation of planter beds, hanging rail planters, and the inclusion of a variety of vegetable and herb seeds, we invite our school community to embark on a journey of discovery and learning in our very own outdoor classroom garden.

We will enable us to establish planter beds filled with nutrient-rich soil, creating the foundation for a bountiful garden where students can observe the lifecycle of plants, learn about sustainability practices, and cultivate a deeper appreciation for the natural world. Additionally, the inclusion of vegetable and herb seeds will allow our students to actively participate in the gardening process, from planting to harvesting, while also exploring topics such as nutrition, environmental stewardship, and food security.

Furthermore, the addition of hanging rail planters will maximize our garden space, providing opportunities for vertical gardening and expanding our growing capabilities. As students and faculty work together to tend to the garden, they will not only develop practical gardening skills but also cultivate a sense of responsibility, teamwork, and pride in their shared accomplishments.

To enhance the functionality and comfort of our outdoor classroom space, we also seek to acquire Adirondack chairs and a welcoming door mat, creating a inviting environment where students and faculty can gather for outdoor lessons, discussions, and reflection.

With your help, we can create an outdoor classroom garden that will inspire curiosity, foster connections, and cultivate a love for learning that extends beyond the classroom walls.
