My Project
The organizational systems in this project will help to create center bins that first grade students can manage independently.
As the teacher, these materials will help me create center bins that each target at least one of the first-grade priority Common Core Standards in English Language Arts and Mathematics.
Throughout the quarter students will have the opportunity to work in groups as well as independently to complete the activities in each standards-based bin. Students will be tasked with independently collecting, respectfully using, cleaning up, and returning all of the center materials. This process will help my students in managing their independent learning time.
