Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our middle school garden, we see more than soil — we see possibility. By turning lunch scraps and fallen leaves into rich compost, our students will witness nature’s quiet magic: decay becoming new life. These composting systems aren’t just bins; they’re living classrooms where curiosity grows alongside responsibility and hope. In nurturing the earth, our students learn to nurture themselves and their community, discovering that small, daily actions can heal our planet. Your support helps us cultivate not only healthier soil, but resilient, caring young hearts who will carry these lessons far beyond our garden gates. 🌱🪱🌼
