This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The students at my school are ravenous readers. They are constantly searching for new material to read. Once a student finds a series or author that they love, they want more! It is our goal to give them access to all of the books that they know and love while challenging them to read a variety of books. In order to get kids reading widely and deeply, we must have the books that they will love. This funding opportunity is the best way to get books into the kids' hands quickly!
