My Project

We run a coffee shop at school. My students are learning things such as advertising, baking, measuring, counting money, providing excellent customer service, loading a dishwasher, maintaining sanitation, and carrying out general cleanup. The lessons they are learning through this project are endless.

I have seen so much growth since we first started doing this at the end of the school year last year.

We are currently in dire need of a second blender to help keep up with the demands as well as a cart that's not going to make so much noise when we're pushing it down the hallways to deliver the goods.
