This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My 2nd grade students are enthusiastic learners who benefit from hands-on, engaging activities that reinforce the reading and math skills they need to -succeed. To support their development, I'm requesting materials to create well-organized reading and math centers that promote small-group instruction, independent learning, and targeted skill practice. These centers will include phonics games, task cards and math manipulatives tailored to meet the diverse needs of my students. With these resources, I can provide meaningful differentiated instruction every day, helping each child grow as a confident reader and mathematician in a fun and structured environment.
