My Project

In third grade, one of our state standards in Life Science is the understanding that all living things have predictable life cycles. Incubating and hatching chicks is a fantastic way to help students understand this cycle first hand.

The ability for students to have hands-on activities has a huge impact on their learning and retention.

Having the ability in our classroom to have access to this specific hands-on learning will give students the ability to follow a life cycle from formation, through the growth process, and on to hatching! We need a Waterproof Chicken Brooder Box Kit, an incubator, and a chick life cycle exploration set.
