My Project

Hi amazing donors!

I am requesting a timer because it would help my class and I while we are reading our fluency passages and timing ourselves.

A huge value I have taught my newcomer ESL class is to improve our time management. This includes our rotations, routines, and times that they have to read and complete homework. I would love the CVC practice activity for my SLIFE students with interrupted learning because my goal is that they are beginning to decode and read much more fluently. The snacks will serve as an incentive because ever since school started in August, I just have seen them improve and try so hard to improve their literacy and test scores for our daily I-Ready. My newcomer students are also working their phonics and I believe this item would continue to help our students grow.
