My Project

My project is to bring an indoor hydroponics system into our classroom, allowing students to grow plants year-round in an engaging, hands-on environment. This project supports multiple areas of learning, including reading, writing, science, and math. Students will observe plant growth, make predictions, and collect and track data throughout the school year. The hydroponic system is also a sustainable investment, as it can be reused each year with only minimal replacement of pods and sponges.

Watching plants grow firsthand is a powerful and unforgettable learning experience for students.

They will feel a sense of pride and excitement as they nurture their own plants while discovering how the growing process works. This project will not only deepen their understanding of science but also brighten our classroom with a vibrant, interactive learning space.
