This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I'm hoping to get some Spanish SEL books because they’ll make a big difference for my students. These books will help them understand and manage their feelings, build better relationships, and feel more confident overall. It’s not just about learning Spanish; it’s about growing as individuals and being there for each other.
My goal is to make my classroom a place where everyone feels supported and understood.
I want my students to be able to handle life’s challenges with a positive attitude and kindness. With these books, I'm aiming to create a more caring and resilient group of kids.
What makes my students awesome is their curiosity and their big hearts. They come from all sorts of backgrounds and bring so many unique viewpoints to the table. They’re always eager to learn and help one another, and these books will help them connect their own experiences with the stories they read.
