My Project

I am asking for oversized Diadax math resources to be used in large group lessons with students that can get them moving and engaged. The oversized two-color counters are bigger, better, and more fun! Yellow on one side and red on the other, these counters are great for demonstration and active games during whole group math. One game we like to play is "Toss it." We use small chips like these to count, show addition and make fractions. These large manipulatives will make demonstrating much more fun. Then, they can be placed in a center as an active hands-on game as an alternative to the small chips.

The Ultimate Office AdjustaView 10-Pocket Desk Reference Organizer will hold students' math posters with useful math information they need at their fingertips, like the 100 chart, part part whole information, math facts and more.

The oversized floor mat will be used with students to build numbers to ten! Or used with the giant counters to watch children master basic number concepts so important to later success in math! This will be used with a variety of activities to teach counting, cardinality, addition and subtraction. Lastly, the Didax Educational Resources mats have a five-frame and a number bond on one side and two ten-frames on the other side and can be used alongside the counters and mats for active engagement so all students have something to do.
