My students would love to have new electric griddles for our family consumer science classroom. We currently have a set of very old griddles that desperately need to be replaced. We use them often in our classroom for a variety of cooking projects and labs, including making French toast, homemade tortillas, or just a simple grilled cheese sandwich. Additionally, because our program is so popular (which is a wonderful problem to have) we are often double booked in our kitchen classroom. The electric griddles will allow us to conduct some of our cooking labs or demonstrations in an alternative classroom. My students would love a new set of electric griddles!
