My Students

In my teaching career, I have taught third and fourth grades in a private school, a Title I school, and a general public school. I have my Literacy Education Master's Degree. Each day I strive to meet the needs of all my students.

The professional development that I am requesting is to attend the Greg Tang Math Plus Conference in Kansas City, Missouri.

I would like to find new ways to inspire my students in the classroom and to create ways for them to become engaged in higher level thinking tasks. I want to continue my learning and help students find new ways to understand difficult math concepts.

My Project

Any donation you make will have a positive impact in my classroom. I will return to the classroom equipped with new tools to inspire my students. I will be able to utilize new strategies in the classroom to inspire my students to become better mathematicians.

My students need me to attend this professional development opportunity to broaden my skills in the math classroom.
