Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Thank you for considering assisting us with obtaining these items to ensure our College and Military Signing Day is a successful event. During this event we celebrate our graduating seniors for choosing to attend a college/university or enlist in the military. We have planned to make this a grand event for our seniors and with your generous donation it will make sure we have the resources needed.

As part of our College and Military Signing Day event, we have several activities the seniors can engage in to inform the student body of their post-secondary plans.

One of those activities to allow the seniors to sign their name on the poster that has the college logo they plan to attend. The expo markers will assist with allowing them to do so. During the actual Signing Day event slated to be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, the students will sign a certificate that will have their name and the name of the college/ military branch. The cardstock paper will be used to print the certificate and the pens will be used to allow them to sign their certificate. Once we are at the point in our event where the students will sign their certificate, we will use the confetti poppers to add an additional level of excitement and celebration.
