Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We love Dr.Seuss and all of his fun books! His books are loved by so many. My personal favorite is extremely useful because of the reason it was written. Fun fact: Dr.Seuss was given the challenge to write a book using 50 sight words and he wrote the amazing book, Green Eggs and Ham! What a great book for small children to read every day and memorize those words.

Learning sight words is so important in the primary grades and we are constantly looking for ways to reinforce those words.

What a wonderful way for my little emergent readers to practice 50 sight words while reading one of their favorite books.

The TPT card will provide my children with sight word activities to be laminated and used during center time.
