This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I would like to continue growing our class library. I have noticed we need more books for our shelves so students can have more options when choosing a book to read.

Students are more enthusiastic about reading when they see new titles on our shelves.

That is why I take the time to find more books that they can choose from to read. I try to get high-interest books that they will enjoy reading. As we came back from Winter break I saw most of our books were checked out so I want to replenish our shelves.
