My Project

I am thrilled to be a part of a Title I school nestled in Miami, Fl where our vibrant community faces unique challenges due to economic hardships and a high homeless rate. Despite these obstacles, our students are eager learners who deserve every opportunity to succeed. In fact, we proudly achieved a 99% graduation rate by the end of the 2023-2024 school year—proof of our students' unwavering desire to learn! However, we simply need the resources to level the playing field for our students. Access to resources like a laminating machine, electric hole puncher, a three-tiered cart and large storage bins can significantly enhance students' start to the school year. The laminating machine ensures durable and reusable educational materials, like posters and flashcards, promoting visual learning and classroom organization. An electric hole puncher simplifies the preparation of worksheets, assignments, and interactive data chat forms that students use to track their academic progress. The three-tiered cart and large storage bins provides mobile storage for classroom supplies, facilitating efficient classroom management and easy access to materials during lessons. Together, these resources foster a well-prepared and engaging learning environment that empowers students from day one.
