My Students

The students in this class live in a low income area and there is no need for them to fall into any negative stereotypes as adults because of this. These kids have amazing hearts and are so kind and well-mannered.

They deserve the best of the best because they are the best!

These kids are so full of love and have so much to offer to this world. I feel it is up to me and any other adult influences to pull the best out of these students! It isn't just about being a good test taker or learning the most math facts, it's about having good character and knowing how to function in the real world. These kids have it down!

My Project

My students have been lucky enough to be provided Chromebooks from our school district, but could really use some quality headphones to further benefit their learning. Several of the headphone provided were damaged and so several of my students do not have a pair of headphones at all.

I want them to have the best because they really do deserve the best.

They could really use them for things like online math and reading programs. It can also help them when I use Google Classroom for certain videos they need to watch; sometimes they really benefit from being about to watch and absorb things at their own pace, not necessarily with the whole class. Headphones really do help them concentrate and stay on task, this would be so great for my students!
