This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Teaching young boys and girls can be challenging and very rewarding. Most of the children in my class are economically disadvantaged. They are an energetic. great bunch of kids.

They study hard and strive for excellence.

The children have returned to school and are trying to stay strong. I know they are struggling to get back to normalcy. Yet, they keep smiling and strive to do their best.

The children have been working diligently in their journals. They need a little incentive.

My Project

The boys and girls are working hard as they complete their learning in their journals. They are striving for excellence as they practice main ideas, inferring and drawing conclusions.

Their diligent work deserves a rewarding toy or ball.

The various balls, necklaces and prize toys are just what the children need as a gift for their determination to do well.

Yes, they receive verbal praise, but a nice little incentive classroom box full of prizes from which to choose, can make a big difference. These motivational toys will keep the children on their toes and will bring a smile to their faces as they get the opportunity to choose one for continued effort.
