My Project

Help us purchase gratitude journals and self-regulation tools for our elementary students. Research suggests that students who use gratitude journals become more satisfied with their school experience. Journaling will help our students promote positive-thinking, and emotional well-being, build empathy, encourage mindfulness, develop writing skills, encourage goal setting, and enhance self-awareness. Starting gratitude journals at a young age will set the foundation for emotional and social development, promoting a positive mindset to improve our student's learning and overall well-being. Our journaling routine will help to lead a lifelong practice of thankfulness.
