Help me give my students enough TI-84 calculators so each team, during math class, has access to one of the most important tools necessary!

My Students
My students are eager learners who enjoy being challenged by new ideas and new concepts. When presented with challenges their first thought is "how can we accomplish this", not "can we accomplish this."
They come from diverse economic and ethnic backgrounds which enhances our classroom dynamic and learning.
But this diversity can also present challenges, mostly economic, for many of my students.
With the right tools, there is nothing my students cannot accomplish!
My Project
With the onset of Covid-19 and the economic burden it has put on so many families, I am seeing more students than ever trying to be successful in their 9th-grade math class without the use of an appropriate calculator. The use of a graphing calculator is essential to student learning in a 9th-grade level math and above. Before Covid, I was seeing a much larger portion of students come into class with their own calculators.
With this decline in the number of students who purchase their own graphing calculators, it has become more important for me to have a classroom set that is available for the students to use during class.
At this time the set I am using is very old and many of the calculators do not fully function properly. This leaves students and teams without the use of a working graphing calculator during classwork. The majority of the time teams must share the calculators they get with another team which slows down the learning process. While six calculators are not enough for the entire class, it is enough, along with the few I already have, to allow a calculator for each pair of students to share.
