My Project
The books I am requesting for my students are all graphic novels. My struggling and reluctant readers thrive when they are provided books that are engaging and have supports that assist them in their reading comprehension and vocabulary acquisition.
These graphic novels can help support students' reading comprehension and better engage them during independent reading time and while working on independent reading projects.
In my class, students are given the opportunity to choose their own novels and share them with their peers. These books will give my students access to books that are relevant, interesting, and engaging to them!
