My class is a wonderfully diverse place with different cultural backgrounds. When you walk into my classroom, you will hear a beautiful song of languages, from English to Spanish, Portuguese to Lingala.
My goal is to create a classroom library where all my students are represented and are given the opportunity to grow in their love of reading.
One of the ways to do this is by creating a library where all students, no matter their current English level, can pick up a book & read. I am creating this project to help my current and future Spanish speaking students have better access to books that they can read independently.
