Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This school year we will be hosting a Pre-Kindergarten promotional ceremony to celebrate all of our youngest learners at our school. We would love for our students to feel extra special by providing them each with a small gift! The small resources in this project, such as the sensory bear and small mementos, will serve as tangible symbols of achievement for our PreK-3 students especially those with special needs.

These items will help them feel accomplished, enhance their self-esteem and solidify positive learning experiences.

Additionally, the ceremony itself, marked by these special gifts, will create lasting memories that contribute to their emotional and social development. My students are unique in their diverse abilities, talents, and personalities. Their resilience and determination in overcoming challenges make them truly special and with these resources, they will know that their hard work paid off.
