My Project

I teach the most wonderful students. They come from a wide array of cultures and speak many languages. Some of my students are in learning support, autistic support, and emotional support. We have been actively working on learning about our differences and making sure we have a welcoming environment so everyone feels safe and comfortable.

This autograph stuffed animal will ensure my students leave school with a keepsake to remind them of the friends and teachers they had before they left for high school.

We love to celebrate our accomplishments and we want to reward our 8th graders with an end of year gift. They have worked hard to learn about compassion and celebrating our differences. It hasn't always gone smoothly, but we continued to learn from our mistakes and move forward. We think this autograph stuffed animal will remind them of all the connections they made this year.
