Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

It's hard to really know what challenges students are facing on a daily basis. At times, we have students who are suffering from homelessness and/or are experiencing economic struggles. Students at this age are hyper-aware of their peers and their own physical appearances; which is why it is important that students feel comfortable with themselves and are able to focus on their learning.

Your donation would help provide students with items such as bath wipes, hand sanitizer, feminine pads, hair ties, combs, and toothbrushes.

The goal of this project is to help give students access to personal hygiene items that they otherwise may not have access to. With your help, I hope to alleviate some students' stress regarding their appearance and make them more willing to show up, focus on their education, and do their best. Thank you!
