My Project
My students need materials including a cake stand, icing tips, foam cakes, and icing to participate in a cake decorating contest for BETA. The cake decorating contest is new this year. BETA competitions are beneficial for students in many ways.
Encourages Academic Excellence – Competitions motivate students to push their intellectual limits, deepening their understanding of literature, science, math, and other subjects.
Builds Collaboration & Teamwork – Many events, like the Book Battle, require students to work together, fostering communication and problem-solving skills.
Enhances Critical Thinking & Analysis – Students must analyze information, recall details, and make connections, improving their comprehension and reasoning abilities.
Prepares for Future Success – The skills learned in competitions translate to higher-level academics and real-world problem-solving.
