This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are hard working individuals with resilience and grit who have never let that hold them back. Graduation day is always bitter sweet, we are so excited to celebrate all they have accomplished, but sad to see them leave and go on to high school as they have made a mark on our hearts.
Students will be involved in the planning and decorating and collaboration skills for their own promotion graduation.
The graduation items and self advocacy will make our students feel even more special, and let them know how proud we are of them but most importantly, celebrate the hard work they have done.
These decorations will be displayed in our auditorium and gymnasium on our students special day, and we know the students will radiantly glow on graduation day and each of these items will help make them shine brighter.
