This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The students started the year off with a long-term substitute while I was on maternity leave. They have done wonderfully transitioning to my return to school! They have worked hard, stayed flexible and positive, and adjusted to change.

As a 'thank you' to the students, I would like to give them a really great end of year send off gift.

The students in this class love to learn, so I would like to continue their love for learning over the summer with a book to read, a journal to write in, and a fun keychain.
