My Project

Good personal hygiene is one of the most effective ways to protect ourselves and others from many illnesses. People take for granted the importance of proper hygiene and health practices. It can also lead to serious health complications. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of good health. Many children don’t take the time or have the proper materials (deodorant, lotion ,soap, sanitary napkins) to clean and take care of their bodies regularly as they should, but it is essential to teach our students proper personal hygiene. If children are not comfortable because of poor hygiene they are unable to learn what is being thought in the classroom. Proper hygiene will help them to stay healthy and focus on what's important in the classroom, it also instills good hygiene habits that will last a lifetime. Our students are great learners, but most come from low-income neighborhoods and would benefit from lessons and personal hygiene products.
