My Students

The social and emotional needs of my students are extremely important. My students speak multiple languages, have lived in various countries or within low-income communities. They are learning to express their feelings and cope with new experiences. My students are resilient, resourceful, and ready to learn more!

My Project

The pandemic has been tough on people's wallets and now that students are returning to the classroom parents are strapped to find ways to purchase hygiene items for their homes. More specifically, some of my students and their families are living in hotels and shelters where hygiene supplies are limited. My families are spending their hard-earned paycheck to keep a roof over their head and food on the table.

Coming to school clean helps my students feel comfortable and confident.

That way they are able to focus on their learning. They have enough to worry about anyway! Please help me stock my classroom for my students so they are able to request hygiene items when they need them.
