This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a special education preschool teacher, the use of cleaning supplies is essential to our classroom. Pre-K student curriculum involves activities that include the use of paint, playdough, sand, outdoor play, and more. With this being said we use a lot of cleaning supplies to keep the classroom clean and to encourage hand washing multiple times throughout the day.
Our classroom needs your help in restocking cleaning wipes and hand soap.
With your help we will be able to say good-bye to germs and hello to positive hygiene. Positive hygiene for our students involves teaching them to maintain cleanliness and health through various practices. One of them being regular handwashing. We teach children to wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially before meals and after using the bathroom.
