This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our students are amazing! They are geared up and ready to learn new and innovative skills and sports; they are self-starters. Our students want to learn and are hands-on in their approach to learning.

Our school is in a high needs, high poverty area.

Even with the obstacles our students face on a daily basis, they dress up and show up to learn. Our students take advantage of every opportunity that comes their way and are grateful for those opportunities.

Bringing new and innovative skills to our students keeps them enthusiastic about Physical Education and lifelong exercise to keep them healthy and fit.

My Project

Our students are eager to learn new skills to help live a long and healthy life. We are excited to bring the skill of golf to our students using the golf mats and wiffle golf balls so they can learn a skill they can use even after Physical Education class.

Our students are always excited for PE class because they learn new skills, new sports, and life long skills of how to work together as a team to accomplish a goal.

We are always striving to keep our students excited about learning in our classes.

These golf mats and golf balls will go a long way in reaching multiple years of our students.
