This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

As a teacher in a low-income/high poverty school district, my scholars are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite the many challenges they face, I am looking to keep things simple and provide my scholars with creative and meaningful learning experiences. Since we are still working remotely for an undetermined amount of time., I want my scholars to have the best possible learning opportunities.

These are uncharted waters for all of us and we are in this together.

My Project

Teachers Pay Teachers has materials created by some of the most creative, tech-savvy teachers out there. These resources will help me make this year, a time that we can close some of those gaps due to the pandemic.

These resources will provide my scholars with engaging digital literacy and math resources, activities, and books to enhance their ELA and math skills.

I was able to already purchase some outstanding lessons that will be used again when we return to the classroom as well. I would love to purchase more for my scholars.
