My students need earbuds, charging station and lightning cables to help make using our iPads easy and efficient during class everyday. Several of our classes are completely online and these items will help tremendously!

My Students
My students come from a rural farming community in South Central Oklahoma. Most students I teach have parents that are working in the oil or farming industry. We have a high free and reduced lunch rate percentage which means most of our students are eating in the cafeteria every day.
We also have many students receiving backpack food to take home on the weekends to help supplement their meals while they are not in school.
Students are in grades 7-12 in our Jr. Sr. High School.
My Project
Our classroom was able to obtain a classroom set of mini ipads through a technology grant a few years ago. Our chargers and earbuds have broken or worn out and we need new ones to replace those. It will allow us to keep all the ipads charged and ready to go for each class.
The earbuds will be used while students watch powerpoints and videos during their online lessons.
While watching these videos the earbuds allow them to work at their own pace and not interrupt students sitting next to them.
The screen protectors will replace the ones that are worn out or torn on a few of the ipads. By having screen protectors it will ensure that our ipads last as long as possible and get the most use out of them by the students.
