My Students

Mabel Padgett is a school within the Litchfield School District located west of Phoenix, in Goodyear. Our school houses approximately 700 students. We have four sections of Kidnergarten students with a total of ~80students. My year started online and then moved to in-person but we are back to full digital. When we were in person they loved engaging center activities and beemed when they were able to complete projects. They loved morning meeting where we made meaningful connections.

My Project

Let’s face it students are connected to technology. Far more than just a generation or two ago. Having iPads in the classroom as a center will engage and enhance student's literacy and math skills. With the latest applications, students are able to really connect with what they are learning in a fun enjoyable way. Keeping them wanting to practice skills that use to be just pencil and paper rote work. Students feel connected to what they know best, technology provides new learning opportunities as students engage online or with the newest proven applications.
