My Students

My chemistry students are grade 10th, 11th and 12th.
They do experiments and they need goggle sanitizer to store their goggles. They always tell me they do not want to wear their goggles because they feel their goggles are not clean since the goggles are stored in a box. They attend a public school in California.
My Project
We do not have a goggle sanitizer in my laboratory room. This is a basic equipment that we must have to keep the goggles in place as well as clean and safe prior to student's use. My concern is to provide utmost safety among my students as well as encourage them to use goggles before doing an experiment without any feeling of hesitation that their goggles are dirty.
Caring for the student's safety is the most important step to encourage them to exhaust their potential to do the work.
By having a goggle sanitizer they can feel that the teacher cares for their safety before doing an experiment.
