My Project

My students have been through so much since Covid came on the scene. While at school students had to worry about what they ate or drank, and who they talk to or even sat beside. The students needed some kind of assurance that eating and drinking would be safe again. Thankfully through DonorsChoose, the students received snacks that they could eat in the classroom while social distancing.

Requesting more chips will help replenish our snack cart which ensures students have full bellies so they can focus on academics not work to their potential.

Furthermore, when their social/emotional needs aren't met, academics are negatively impacted. This snack cart helps with both basic needs as well as social/emotional needs.
