This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I teach an awesome group of middle school students. My students have the challenge of having special needs, but are also mostly low-income students receiving free or reduced-price lunch. They love to explore, investigate, and enhance their own growing knowledge.
Each year, our students work hard to achieve their goals and increase their knowledge.
At the end of the year, we celebrate all their success in a multitude of ways, finishing with our annual glow party. To make this event possible, we need neon wristbands, table cloths, glow in the dark face paint, glow in the dark party favors, and neon balloons. Please help make this year special for them and help this project come to life.
